During the last edition of this year’s Elektro cycle, two projects will perform on our stage: Euphonia Pseudolarix and Wieczorek x Pawlak electroacoustically.
The assumption of the Wieczorek x Pawlak electroacustically project is to create and perform electroacoustic pieces balanced on the border between classical music, improvised music and performance. The main theme of the pieces presented during the concert will be an attempt to include socially engaged content in a multimedia-performative formula.
Euphonia Pseudolarix is an electroacoustic duo playing improvised music, founded in 2016 by Iza Smelczyńska and Mateusz Śmigasiewicz. They performed at Warsaw Autumn, the Musica Privata Festival in Łódź, at the now-defunct Eufemia Klubojadalni and the Czułość gallery. They seek “sources of inspiration” in the natural environment.
