Harmonia Ciała i Głosu w Ruchu

14.09 Sun 12:00

We offer a two-hour holistic session that opens the emotions and activates the body and human voice.

The programme includes: relaxation (breathing techniques), movement (exercises inspired by physical theatre and elements of contemporary mime), and voice (voice production exercises, rhythm work, and group singing). This combination helps participants improve physical coordination and harmoniously develop the breathing-rhythm-voice area. By engaging the whole person psychophysically, we calm the mind, allow safe emotional release through body and sound, and aim to provide participants with a multidimensional set of activities designed to awaken the imagination in depth and in many ways, to enable exploration of space through body movement and voice, and to ensure the contact with another person that is so necessary — indeed essential — for us. All these elements will complement and stimulate one another and help achieve better results. The sessions take place in a joyful and creative atmosphere with attentiveness to each other.

Who is it for? For everyone!

For people who want to move not only physically but also inwardly. We create conditions for listening to oneself and building contact with the body in a sense of safety and mutual respect. This is time to pause, integrate, and feel more fully.

What to bring?

Comfortable clothing, openness to new experiences, and a readiness to take part!
