Wel­come to the Hash­tag Lab Con­tem­po­rary Music Space!

The Hash­tag Lab Con­tem­po­rary Music Space is the first and only per­ma­nent venue in Poland ded­i­cat­ed to new music. Our head­quar­ters host con­certs, edu­ca­tion­al work­shops, activ­i­ties for chil­dren, and mas­ter­class­es. We con­nect artists and com­posers by orga­niz­ing meet­ings, debates, sem­i­nars, and con­fer­ences. We are also engaged in social initiatives.

Hash­tag Lab is locat­ed in a unique setting—a mod­ernist vil­la in the Stara Ocho­ta dis­trict at 29 Bars­ka Street. For years, its own­er, Antoni Moniuszko, ran a cul­tur­al salon here fre­quent­ed by War­saw’s intel­lec­tu­als, includ­ing renowned 20th-cen­tu­ry com­posers such as Krzysztof Pen­derec­ki and Witold Lutosławs­ki. Through our activ­i­ties, we aim to restore the for­mer glo­ry of this his­toric place.

The Hash­tag Lab Con­tem­po­rary Music Space oper­ates under the Social Cul­tur­al Insti­tu­tion pro­gram, co-financed by the City of War­saw. It is man­aged by Sfera Har­monii Foundation.
