Poruszenia
Enter a space where music is discovered rather than notated, shaped through listening, play, and imagination. Voice, breath, electronics, and improvisation interweave, allowing sounds to emerge, dissolve, and reform from the needs of the moment.
Vocalist Anna Linardou, bass clarinettist Gareth Davis, and electronic musician Giorgos Varoutas cultivate a shared musical language with young musicians, following a path of workshops and collective exploration. Attentive listening, extended sounds, and playful reframings — ideas associated with figures such as John Cage, La Monte Young, and Christian Marclay — reveal how spontaneous textures and gestures develop into delicate sonic worlds.
For us, music grows through curiosity and attentive listening. Structures remain open, outcomes are unpredictable, and surprise becomes part of the composition itself. The result is a performance that treats creativity as a shared, living process, resonating with audiences of all ages.
