Hashtag Lab Nominated for the Coryphaeus of Polish Music Award

We are delight­ed to announce that we have been nom­i­nat­ed for the Coryphaeus of Pol­ish Music 2023 award in the Event of the Year cat­e­go­ry. The open­ing of the Hash­tag Lab Con­tem­po­rary Music Space — as the jury not­ed — was nom­i­nat­ed “for cre­at­ing Poland’s first and only per­ma­nent stage for con­tem­po­rary music in the form of a com­mu­ni­ty-based cul­tur­al institution”.

The award cer­e­mo­ny will take place on 23 Octo­ber 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Nation­al Phil­har­mon­ic in Warsaw.

The pur­pose of the award is to hon­our indi­vid­u­als, groups of artists, and insti­tu­tions work­ing in the broad­ly under­stood — both in genre and chrono­log­i­cal terms — field of Pol­ish art music.

Estab­lished in 2011 at the ini­tia­tive of the Pol­ish music com­mu­ni­ty, the Coryphaeus is an award cre­at­ed by the music com­mu­ni­ty and giv­en by that com­mu­ni­ty to its most out­stand­ing members.
