Dominik Płociński

Wiolonczela / Hashtag Ensemble

As shown in the attached photo — an old man and the sea. Cellist. Graduate of the Music Academy in Bydgoszcz and the Music University in Warsaw, where he studied with Andrzej Bauer and Bartosz Koziak. Winner of many competitions, principal cellist of the Warsaw National Opera House Orchestra, co-founder of the Herbert Piano Trio.

In his free time, he passionately indulges in procrastination. Social skills level: advanced introversion. Privately, he’s a happy husband and father of two of the most beautiful children, although he is terrified by the thought of dealing with his daughter’s wild character. What interests him most is peace and quiet, TV shows, and pondering what he would do if he weren’t so lazy.
He loves animals. He even once tried to pet a bison, but it nearly tore his arm off. In retirement, he plans to work at a zoo, taking care of animals.
