Koncert Relaksacyjny Sound Healing
This is a unique event combining music with sound therapy (Sound Healing). Participants experience deep relaxation through sound waves that permeate body and mind, harmonising the organism, reducing stress and tension.
Relaxation concerts combine the power of vibrations from therapeutic instruments with musical sensitivity. They create a space in which sound becomes music — full of harmony, melody and resonance. The instruments used not only bring the body into a state of vibrational relaxation but also tell musical stories — delicate, flowing, full of calm and emotion.
The concerts employ a wide range of therapeutic and traditional instruments, such as:
- crystal bowls and sound bowls (Tibetan),
- gong, tongue drum and shamanic drum,
- tank drum, kalimba, viola, ukulele, chimes, canari and others.
Benefits of attending relaxation concerts:
- Stress and tension reduction — the sounds of the instruments calm the mind and ease tension.
- Regeneration and improved wellbeing — sound therapy supports the body’s regeneration, restoring inner harmony.
- Support for concentration and creativity — deep relaxation fosters openness to new ideas and improves the ability to focus.
- Emotional balance — sounds influence the nervous system, bringing calm and emotional stability.
- Natural health support — the frequencies of the instruments support the body and strengthen immunity.
