Harmonia ciała i głosu w ruchu

15.03 Sun 19:00

We invite you to a two-hour holistic session that opens the emotions and activates the human body and voice: relaxation (breathing techniques), movement (exercises inspired by physical theatre, elements of contemporary mime), voice (vocal emission exercises, rhythm work, and group singing).

Through this combination, participants improve their movement coordination and harmoniously develop the breathing-rhythm-voice dimension. By engaging people psychophysically, we calm the mind, allow them to safely release emotions through body and sound. We want to give participants a multidimensional set of activities aimed at deeply awakening the imagination in various ways, enabling exploration of space through body movement and voice, and providing the essential — indeed indispensable — contact with other people. All these elements will complement, stimulate, and support one another in achieving better results. The sessions take place in a joyful and creative atmosphere, with attention to one another.

For whom?

For everyone! For people who want to be moved not only physically, but also inwardly. We create conditions for listening to oneself and building a connection with the body in a sense of safety and mutual respect. This is time to pause, integrate, and feel more fully.

What to bring?

Comfortable clothes, openness to new experiences, and readiness to engage!
