
Adam Eljasiński

Klarnety / Hashtag Ensemble
Clarinetist, Doctor of Musical Arts. He completed his doctoral studies in clarinet under the guidance of Prof. Mieczysław Stachura at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. He is a graduate of the Ostrava University in Ostrava, where he studied under Prof. Valtr Vitka, as well as the Conservatories in Nice and Paris, where he studied with Prof. Michel Lethiec and Florent Heau. He is a laureate of the Diplôme d’Études Musicales and Premier Prix de Conservatoire de Nice in both solo performance and chamber music, as well as the Prix de Virtuosité avec l’unanimité.
He performs in Poland and abroad, including in Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Monaco, Romania, and China. He has participated in many international and national festivals, including: the Nice International Music Festival C’est pas classique; the Printemps des Arts Festival in Monte-Carlo; the Pablo Casals Academy of Music Prades Chamber Music Festival in France; the International Clarinet Congress CLARINETFEST; Musica Electronica Nova in Wrocław; the Poznań Spring Festival; and the Easter Festival dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven in Warsaw.
Winner of over thirty regional, national, and international competitions, including in Poland, France, Portugal, and Austria. In recognition of his artistic achievements, he has been awarded numerous artistic scholarships both in Poland and abroad, such as the Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe Scholarship, the Conservatoire National de Région in Nice Scholarship, the Minister of Culture Scholarship, the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Marshal’s Scholarship, and the City of Wrocław President’s Scholarship.
He regularly participates in masterclasses held both in Poland and abroad, led by many distinguished artists and educators such as Alessandro Carbonare, Francois Benda, Shirley Brill, Hans Christian Braein, Michel Arrignon, Guy Dangain, Guy Deplus, Yves Didier, Michel Lethiec, Florent Heau, Philippe Berrod, Pascal Moragues, Nicolas Fargeix, Jonathan Cohler, David Krakauer, Nicholas Cox, Andrew Marriner, Justo Sanz, Ilan Schul, Ludmila Peterkova, Igor Frantisak, Karel Dohnal, Andrzej Janicki, and Arkadiusz Adamski.
In a duo with the violist Aleksandra Demowska-Madejska, she promotes the works of Polish composers and strives to expand the musical repertoire for this unique instrumental combination, performing chamber concerts dedicated to the ensemble by Polish composers (Weronika Ratusińska, Dawid Pajdzik, Wojciech Błażejczyk) with the accompaniment of many renowned orchestras.
A member of the Olympus Mons trio, with which he performs in Poland and abroad, as well as #ENSEMBLE: a collective specializing in the performance of contemporary music, with which he has appeared at the most important festivals in the country. A promoter of the works of Polish and foreign composers such as Wojciech Błażejczyk, Dariusz Przybylski, Ignacy Zalewski, Louis Andriessen, Peter Maxwell Davies, Thierry de Mey, and Luciano Berio.
As an orchestral musician, he collaborates with the Wrocław Youth Orchestra, the Capitol Musical Theatre, the Gorzów Philharmonic, and the Sinfonietta Cracovia Orchestra. He was a member of the youth orchestra Orchestre de Jeunes de Méditerranée, the Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra, and the Warsaw Chamber Opera. He has performed under the baton of many distinguished conductors, including: Charles Dutoit, Kristjan Järvi, François-Xavier Roth, Daniel Russell Davies, Rafael Payare, Jesús López Cobos, Maximiliano Valdés, Gabriel Chmura, Michał Dworzyński, Marek Pijarowski, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Krzysztof Penderecki, José Maria Florencio, and Michał Nesterowicz.
Currently, the clarinet soloist of the Polish National Opera and the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk.
